Trained chef Culberson will cover some
basics about Peas. Then we will create a
refreshing Pea Soup, a Pasta Dish with Pea
Pesto and fresh "all green" vegetables and
a surprisingly tasty Dessert Loaf made
with Sugar Peas. Participants should wear comfortable
shoes. We will provide Coffee and
Refreshments and eat lunch together. Class is 25.00 and can be paid at the
RVTC, via check or cash. Class size is
limited. Culinary workshops are every last
saturday of the month unless stated
